Club Development Officers

For those of you I haven't been able to speak to yet, a little about myself. I graduated from ECU in 2005 with a Bachelor of Leisure Science. I have worked in numerous areas, including managing a camping store, bar and nightclub.
After university, I worked as a corporate trainer and, in the past two years, I had begun to specialise in leadership, management and communication training, focusing on elite sports.
During this time I was lucky enough to work with the Wirrpanda Foundation, West Coast Eagles, Fremantle Dockers, Western Warriors, Perth Wildcats, Perth Orioles, Subiaco Lions and the 2008 Olympic gold medal-winning Kookaburras Men’s Hockey Team.
I have also competed in many sports but focused mainly on softball, baseball, hockey, football, golf and surfing. Over this time, I have been selected to represent WA a couple of times — however, my proudest achievements include winning gold at the University Games in baseball and winning the Men's Softball National Championships for the first time in more than a decade earlier this year.
For the past six years, I have been the secretary for my local softball club and represented their interests on numerous council committees, including creating and developing the Kingsway Master Sporting Plan.
Quote of the week
I've always told my kids to get a good education, set goals for yourself and you can reach those goals, and Adam most definitely has.
